I’m Mark Terekhov. I started Nova with one belief, that exceptional service isn’t optional, it’s the baseline. My European heritage shaped the way I think about quality and craft. You do the job right or you don’t do it at all. No shortcuts, no cutting corners, no ‘good enough.’ I’m not trying to be the biggest company in the area. I’m trying to be the best experience you’ve had with anyone who’s ever worked on your home. That’s the standard I hold myself to, and it’s the standard Nova is built on.
